MEMBERSHIP POLICY
1. Minimum Commitment
Membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial term, the membership continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
2. Monthly Billing
Membership fees are automatically charged every month to the card on file.
By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges.
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the client must update the card on file immediately.
No future appointments may be booked or serviced until the membership dues are paid in full.
4. Rollover Sessions
If a monthly membership session is not used within the billing cycle, it will roll over for an additional 30 days. After 30 days, the unused session will expire.
A maximum of two active sessions may be available at a time (the current month’s session + one rolled-over session). The older session will always expire first if not used by its expiration date. Rollover sessions cannot be extended further, transferred, or refunded.

• One 45-min facial

Glow Luxe Membership – $169/month
• One 60-min facial
• 20% OFF additional facials in the same month
• 10% OFF skincare and beauty gadgets

• Free AI Skin Analysis
• 1 Guest Voucher for 30% OFF (one-time use)

6. Cancellation
After the 3-month minimum commitment, memberships may be canceled with a 30-day written notice (email or written request).
Membership fees already charged are non-refundable.
7. Freeze Option
Members may freeze their membership once per year for up to 3 months.
Sessions do not accumulate during a freeze period.
8. Non-Transferable
Memberships and their benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the member on the account.
9. No-Show & Late Cancellation
Membership does not waive no-show or late cancellation fees.
Standard salon policies apply. Missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session.

- repeated no-shows
- inappropriate behavior
- violation of salon policies
- If terminated by the salon, unused prepaid sessions may be refunded at management discretion.
