Packages Policy

1. Package Use & Redemption
Salon packages may be used toward the specific services included in the package. Packages must be paid in full before services are rendered or at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All package sales are final. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or gift cards.

3. Expiration & Validity
Packages must be used within 1 year of the date of purchase (or another period you choose). After this period, any unused services will expire and cannot be redeemed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Booking & Appointment Requirements
Clients must book appointments for each session included in the package. A credit card may be required to secure booking. Packages cannot be used without a confirmed appointment.

5. Cancellation, No-Show & Rescheduling
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to package appointments. If a session is cancelled or missed without required notice, it may be forfeited and still count as used toward the package.

6. Price Changes
Prices for services included in a package may change over time. Package benefits are based on the pricing at the time of purchase and will not be adjusted for later price changes unless otherwise stated.

7. Additional Charges
Any fees, add-ons, taxes, or gratuities are not included in the package and must be paid separately at the time of service.
Gift Card Policy

1. Use of Gift Cards
Gift cards may be redeemed toward any full-priced service or retail product at Facials Bar.
Gift cards cannot be combined with discounts, promotions, packages, or membership pricing.
If a service is on sale, the gift card will be applied to the original full price.

2. Purchase Options
Gift cards may be purchased online or in the studio.
Digital cards are sent via email; physical cards are provided in person.

3. Non-Refundable
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable once the sale is completed. They cannot be returned or redeemed for cash except as required by law.

4. Expiration
Gift cards purchased at full value do not expire under California law.
Promotional or complimentary gift cards (e.g., bonus cards, giveaway cards) may include an expiration date, which will be clearly stated at the time of issue.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
Facials Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
Balances cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

6. Booking With a Gift Card
A valid credit card may still be required to reserve an appointment.
Please present your gift card at checkout so the balance can be applied to your service or product purchase.

7. Price Adjustments
If service or product prices change, the gift card’s balance will be applied toward the current price at the time of redemption.
