SERVICE POLICIES

1. Booking & Appointments

A valid credit card is required to book and hold any appointment at Facials Bar.
  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and preparation.
  • If you are a new client, please complete any required intake forms before your appointment.
2. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% late cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
This policy allows us to offer the appointment time to another client and ensures fair scheduling for everyone.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not notify us:
  • A 100% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
  • Repeat no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
4. Late Arrival Policy

To respect all clients’ time:
  • If you arrive 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened.
  • If you are 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.
We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we must maintain our schedule to serve all clients efficiently.

5. Service Refund Policy

Facial treatments and services are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please let us know immediately so we can address the concern and make it right.

6. Treatment Safety & Contraindications

Your health and safety are our top priority.
  • Please inform your esthetician if you are:pregnant or breastfeeding
  • taking prescription skincare medications (Accutane, Retin-A, antibiotics, etc.)
  • have had recent cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, microneedling, peels, lasers)
  • have active skin infections, wounds, allergies, or medical conditions
Pregnant Clients
We provide pregnancy-safe treatments.
We do not use:
  • salicylic acid
  • high-frequency
  • microcurrent
We also modify pressure, angles, and product selection for comfort and safety.

7. Age Requirements

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign consent forms.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.

8. Personal Items

Facials Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or refuse treatment if:
  • the service is unsafe due to contraindications
  • the client exhibits inappropriate behavior
  • the esthetician determines the treatment is not suitable
